This is a pictorial of photographs and paintings of gardens wild and tamed to be found all over the world. All work is credited to the best of my ability and unless otherwise stated they do not belong to me.
Hyacinths: what’s not to love? These bulbs lay hidden all winter long, emerging late February and into March as beautiful pillars of vibrant color…while we are still under the chill of the season. Hyacinths are deer-proof and wonderfully fragrant, so use them near an entryway where they will be enjoyed most.
